More than 1 million antidrug booklets distributed by Scientologists in Cortina Olympics

Italy’s anti-drug education initiative has gone beyond one million drug-prevention booklets distributed in just one month. The initiative forms part eu newsletter of the Truth About Drugs campaign, which aims to provide accessible knowledge about commonly abused substances and their short- and long-term effects.

Approximately five hundred volunteers are participating in the outreach effort, distributing materials in public spaces, shops and community areas. The campaign focuses on raising awareness before drug use begins, providing resources designed to explain the dangers of drugs in a simple way.

The campaign is connected to broader humanitarian initiatives supported by the Church of Scientology, inspired by the work of Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
